Use administrators as gatekeepers to new content in your Slidebank if you need to, ensuring all content's been signed off already.

Turn off users' ability to share presentation files, either by secure link or by sharing as an email attachment.

Ensure that only certain individuals have the ability to download PowerPoint files for editing.

If you need to, you can make sure that some users, e.g. clients, can only download presentation files as PDF, not PowerPoint.

Lock slides as JPEGs so they only export from Slidebank as images, not editable PowerPoint slides.

Make the entire slide Read-Only. It remains a PowerPoint slide when shared from Slidebank, but all objects will be locked against editing.

Make slides in a particular group mandatory - if a user wants any slide in that presentation for their new deck, they must have the mandatory slides as well.

Ensure that slides appear in new presentations, locked in a particular order. 

Have a long presentation that needs breaking up into sections? Not a problem. Just create a new group for each chapter so users can add all to their presentation simply by selecting one slide.

Make groupings distinct by creating your own color code for each group or chapter in your deck.

Load up your Slidebank with your brand's templates for users to choose from. Segment them by department or client if you like. Users can preview and apply new templates to their slide selections at the click of a button, helping them stay brand compliant.

Follow your organization's structure and segment users into teams and departments.

Share files across the company or keep within departments. Replicate natural data silos where necessary and allow some users to view files but not others.

At group, role or individual level. If a user doesn't have access to a presentation, it will be invisible to them. If they don't have access to any presentation in a folder, the folder will be invisible too.

Have a blanket rule (set for departments, teams or individuals) for hiding old versions of files from view, or manage on a case-by-case basis.
