Slidebank for 100 users and more

Although Slidebank accounts have a minimum of 10 users, there is no upper limit. In fact, many of our client accounts run into the thousands. With Slidebank, the larger the user base, the higher the Return on Investment and the greater the value to individual users.

Lower cost, higher value

With Enterprise-level sharing, there's often a richer body of knowledge for users to tap into. It also helps them to navigate communication silos, and collaborate much more directly across international borders.

Enterprise level accounts benefit from top quality support, training, setup assistance and more. In some circumstances we can accommodate bespoke features on a consultancy basis, and can implement Single Sign On if desirable, via Salesforce or SAML, for example.

Whilst enterprise groups can go with the named user model, it's possible to save considerable cost by sharing seats. The best model for you depends on how you plan to use the system.

Save money by sharing seats.

Sharing seats in Slidebank shifts the burden of cost away from the total number of users in your account and towards the number of 'seats' your users share on the system. For example, 100 users sharing 10 seats means that 10 users can be logged in simultaneously.

This can sometimes be significantly cheaper than straightforward users, and works really well for more casual users and those dispersed across several time zones.

With both standard user and concurrent ('shared') seats models, users have unique login details, so you can track user activity in your account for audit trail and analytics purposes.

The only difference in user experience lies in the number of users that can be logged in simultaneously.

You do have the option to start with a standard user model then switch to shared seats as you gain traction.

An account with Flexibility

Slidebank keeps track of user activity on your account, so you can easily monitor usage patterns. If there is too much contention for seats, and users are frequently unable to log in, Slidebank will let you know so you can add more seats to your account.

You can flex the number of seats or potential users up or down at any time in the lifetime of your account. Just let us know and we'll make the changes you need.

Switch between pricing models

If you start off with one pricing model, you can still switch to another whenever is convenient for you. For example, if you're ready to scale up, it might make sense to move from a standard user model to concurrent seats.

Pricing

Pricing works on a sliding scale - the more seats you add, the lower the price per seat per month. We'll help you find the right price point by balancing potential users and seats, cost and performance.

Subscriptions

Slidebank subscriptions are flexible and run on a rolling monthly basis. You can add or remove users or seats from your account at any point, as long as you have a minimum of 10 seats at any given time. Let us know if you'd like to change your number of seats and we'll simply reflect any fluctuations in your next bill.

Billing

We work out the amount due on a monthly basis, but only invoice quarterly. This keeps the paperwork down for everybody!

Cancellations

Slidebank has no minimum sign-up period, so you don't need to commit to a year up front. In fact, you can cancel at any time, just by giving us a clear calendar month's notice. That month gives you a buffer to download the files you might want to keep, before the account and any associated data is destroyed for security reasons. Your data privacy and protection is very important to us.

Free Trial
